Lughnasadh

 Lughnasadh... We celebrated the height of summer and the beginning of the harvest season with some Celtic traditions. Here are some highlights:

Harvest Feast:

• Blueberry, corn, cilantro salad
• Lemon wheat muffins
• Fresh berries
• Soybeans
• Hoppy IPA

The kiddos also helped me make corn dollies to play with and decorate the table... they did GREAT!
